Cultures, and sociobiology we are raised around impact our learning far more than anything.
And what pressures bring us up, and what ones bring us down.
They destroy people's motivations, desire for learning, etc.
The biggest issue are those who lack teh propensity to have the customs of intelligence.
Being stoic, emotionless, observant, thoughtful, pragmatic. Without these things people naturally decay.
The human mind needs to find ways to love learning, and being around people who enjoy learning is the best way to do that.
THere is the human element, and the rational element.
Both must be in balance in right times, and right places.
