I would add weird body proportion, big head, small body, or very small head, very big body.

I was put on multiple meds for BPD and told to "dont be weird bro and fuck off" didnt help me manage it or anything and ended up flushing my meds because they made me feel sick and lazy, lost a lot of money paying that piece of shit, I hope he dies
