The nicest treatment I get is the odd older woman speaking to me or smiling at me like I'm a downie

That's where it is for me rn, I mostly get completely ignored or stared at, but the occasional usually older woman will smile at me really sweetly like they would an actual child, it's not a normal smile at all, it's that smile that you see women give to kids, and they'll speak to me in this soft voice thats halfway between normal and how they speak to downies
