I don't know about you guys but I think five years old is a bit too early to give birth.
It should not need to necessitate cesarian section.
Basically a properly grown baby's head needs to fit between your pelvic bones or else it can't come out the right way.

There should be some kind of test where we measure the ideal width of a baby skull and outlaw sex with girls whose pelvic "inlet" isn't that wide yet.


Since it is an internal diameter this could be done via X-ray.

the family is from Castrovirreyna province and they took her to doc specialist in the Pisco province
seems unlikely

dad was suspect they arrested but they couldn't prove anything, prob no DNA tests in 1933 though seems like they might affirm it now if they wanted by checking the DNA of her son Gerardo Medina who died at 40yo in 1973 from bone cancer
