I think the Russians are doing everything they can to avoid such a calamity, in this conflict I think we the U.S. are the bad guys. Still, whatever happens, happens.

They will sit in their houses until they are 70+ while their kids rot in apartments, or saddle themselves with unnecessary house loans a few years after starting to work so they too can live in a house.
