Russian people in general are Christians so they rather suffer than act cruelly ( although exceptions of course happen ).I will also add that few people remember that the "tragedy in Bucha" was constructed as an attempt to divert the attention of Western governments and societies from the first high-profile massacre of the Russian military. And they did it. Then there were other executions, for example, in Kupyansk. There were tortures and executions of "collaborators" in the regions left by the Russian army. But the Russian government did not take any adequate measures. Thus, they are even more guilty than Ukrainians. For adequate people here it is obvious.
At the same time, if videos with executions of Ukrainian soldiers appear, Ukrainian propaganda does everything to glorify those soldiers.
