Every single philosopher does this, because the common man is asleep and no where to be found. You can truly develop your worldview and perceptions by doing this.
nah... that sounds self masturbatory. you develop your worldview by learning about stuff. by reading or thinking or listening to different points of viewEvery single philosopher does this, because the common man is asleep and no where to be found. nightwalks are great because they're peaceful and theres no people, and i hate people. i just dont like being around other people, i hate them. i seriously loath going to the grocery store when its busy, and have honestly just walked out when i see the checkout lines being way too long
i just want a korean gf and thats it. i dont want to interact with any other human being
Night drives were my cope. Had to sell my car tho.I found out that I'm not the only one here who takes walks at night. When I feel tired of sitting down on my couch all day rotting, I go outside to take a walk for exercise because I need to stay physically active for health reasons. Anyways, when I walk outside at night, I feel empty inside. The city at night feels lonely. As I walk down my street, I see couples and friends spending time together, but I am all alone walking around the city, and seeing others not alone makes me feel unwanted and isolated from society. Seeing these people together makes my heart feel like its cold which is desperate for warmth. Nevertheless, walking at night is a good cope.
Schopenhauer walked in the mornings, no?Every single philosopher does this, because the common man is asleep and no where to be found. You can truly develop your worldview and perceptions by doing this.
How do you see where you're going at night in the forest?Nightwalks are beautiful if you can get out into nature, away from the light pollution of the city and see the stars.
probablySchopenhauer walked in the mornings, no?
My PC is my only cope. If I didn't have it. I just hate going outside as a manlet. I only feel superior whenever I am inside since I am the only person there
With a flashlight. I use one with two wide leds flaps that can be folded up to turn it into a hand held floodlight. Sometimes the moon is bright enough to see without one.How do you see where you're going at night in the forest?
Makes sense. I figured. With a flashlight. I use one with two wide leds flaps that can be folded up to turn it into a hand held floodlight.
Really? I would've imagined the canopy would've blocked out most of the moonlight.Sometimes the moon is bright enough to see without one.
Based.I only ever enjoyed them with headphones on, a beer can in hand and a backpack full of many more.
or pile of human shit you guys have all over the streetI wish I could also walk at night but there is too much street dogs that makes me scare
Depends on the season and composition of the forest. My usual trails are in mixed areas of the forest with mostly deciduous trees and tall slender conifers that don't fan out much. During fall/winter when the leaves are gone enough light can pass through to illuminate the trails when the moon is especially bright. I would always recommend keeping a flash light on you though, a cloud moving infront of the moon can be enough to make a bright night too dark to safely walk.Makes sense. I figured.
