you missed my point entirely
vitamin c is only evacuated fast when you take a large does of vitamin c fast orally
my idea is a mix in a big drink 1 litre + bottle of around 2 or 3 grams vitamin c and 10 ish grams of glutamine drinking slowly throughout the day and refilling when nearly empty until 2 or 3 litres water consumed.
if as i stated repeatedly above you sip throughout the day you are effectively having say 0.4ish grams of vitamin c every 2 hours or so as you make your way through a large 1 litre bottle and refill until 2 or 3 litres consumed per day. essentially drip feeding the body vitamin c and glutamine.
if you do research on vitamin d it is best to do research on vitamin c
it has been known well known for burn victims to super dose vitamin c for recovery in hospital, if you do it slowly as i have said, do you think they want the patients bowls evacuated and pissing it out, it must be very very good for recovery of the body at high doses and almost a linear increase in concumption to recovery effect otherwise they would just herr derr 1 grams is enough mate.
