Hi guys,

right now I am studying information systems and I only have 5 subjects to go untill I am done with my degree.

I would love to work a remote job i.e from home. So I want to ask all the cels who have experience what areas I could focus on to achieve my incel dream of working remotely.

I was seeing stuff like callcenter, Business Intelligence and that is all I know as of now because I am dumb, just jokes.

Guys I know Java, C#, python, sql, sql-server, javascript.

If I start self teaching myself some specific skill set at least I can apply for jobs that eventually end up as remote jobs. So guys tell me which jobs these are and what skill sets I need for example excel and javascript or sql and microsoft word for doing reports etc etc etc

mogs me to death

How well do you know these languages? I can't believe you are fluent in all of them.

I would pick a language you know best and focus on that.

You could probably go straight into a junior developer role, or just general IT support.

Not perfect but good enough to start focusing on specific skill sets and become really good in like 3-4 months if I focus on them daily. Thats why I am asking what skills are required for common remote jobs so that I focus now and mog the interview later.

Yeah but I want to work remotely and I think junior developers must work under the wing of some experienced dudes which means I have to work on premises amongst chads and normies as an ugly incel.

IT support seams cool because I guess it is the easiest to work from home but I have am not really sure because I have never worked before except crappy illiterate ethnic immigrant jobs just for money to survive.

tbh.
I hate all these fakecels :feelsUgh:
What does studying your ass off while doing crappy immigrant incels low iq jobs have to do with fakecels?

When I joined the site I did a series of Tips that I thought might be of interest to BroCels. Here is one that might help.

truecels can't succeed in anything and neither have the energy to

You cant be serious right? Having no energy means depression and I am not depressed because I am religious. If you are falling for the trap of this earthly world and get depressed which is the only logical outcome of following this wicked world then why hate on me?
Move to software development, learn OOP and never look back.
Yeah OOP is typical C# stuff. But why exactly do you say that is the way forward. Can you explain please? Why is it better than IT-support or database stuff?

nice one thanks bro. You are a gem

Thank you and you're welcome.

One other thing that might help. I've noticed Java jobs involve Agile which means daily standups and micro management whereas Python jobs are usually work alone.

Working alone on a project is much better.

I would focus on becoming fluent in a single language. Fluency is a wonderful thing, believe me. I choose C because no one wants to work in that language. I wouldn't recommended it though.

Python or PHP for backend. Look on jobserve.com or local jobs boards and get a feel for the tech companies are asking for. Jobserve have international jobs listed on the drop down box on the right.

I made some other tips too like the learnxiny web site and a description of OO which programmers often don't understand.

Yeah C is cool especially now that everything is getting automated. Imagine in a few years you and the robotics mechanic will be the only employees at mcdonalds . When you tell people you work at Mcd's they will think you have no qualifications all the while not realising you programm the internet of things stuff.

I only did sql so I have no advice there but like

I worked remote and getting a contract type job is your realistic role until you can get full time always lie about your Covid vaccination status and say you can work from different time zones

what exactly did you tasks entail?

HOLY SHIT
U actually learned a programming language:smonk::smonk::smonk::smonk::smonk:

I know remote work *sounds* comfy, but it will take its toll on you. Isolating yourself even more won't lead to anything good.

Data Science third year here. 22, absolutely going to graduate late at 23/24 though. Plan on going into bioinformatics, genomics, or computational biology since it appeals to me more than software engineering, so I'll likely enroll in grad school too. I don't mind it too much though since grad schools tend to give hefty tuition waivers if you do research.

Currently trudging through data structures. Hating it. I'm a teaching assistant and doing a research apprenticeship program. I know Python, C/C++, and R.

Fuck C

Oh yeah I did that in 2020. Insertion sort, bubble sort, big O notation, linked list, Array list, traversal etc etc.

Takes ALOT of learning to pass because there is so much to grasp and you must understand it all . If you hang in there it becomes very easy eventually.

CS MS here

It is hard

Why do you think anyone would hire some nub without a comp sci degree to work from home?
