Trying to collect a few tips ranging from physical practices, meds to whatever else helps.

noted brocelStrengthen your back. I've had sciatic nerve pain, and lower back pain. Like a permenantly sore lower back that just never went away. It never got bad enough for me to go on meds though. But since I've been gymmaxxing, and using the treadmill a lot, and doing back exercises, it's been clearing up. I also do body squats and lunges in the mornings now too.

thanksI got an inversion table off Amazon about a year ago, I use it for 10mins at night before bed most nights, has helped a lot esp since I work desk job and posture isn't usually great. Also go to the chiropractor every so often, both have made noticeable difference.
