As an underweightcel trying to gain weight i hv been overeating for a week nd it's so fucking hard how do u obese ppl do it all their lives

So I had become scarecrow looking unhealthily thin a few months ago because I was neglecting eating . My cheeks and under eyes had all sunken in and people generally thought I was down with something. So i decided to eat whatever I want - basically fatty food for a week and it is so fucking hard kek.

i thought I would have so much fun gaining wt because i can eat everything like a kid in candy store but i hv realised that I can only eat slop omce a month.

when I eat too much I just become constantly sleepy and lethargic.
My stomach becomes bloated.
I genuinely after a point can't stand the sight of food.U can put the most buttery lobster in front of me at this point and i still wouldn't eat.


I have been trying to stuff my face wt ice creams , chocolates, shakes for a straight week and I am still 110lbs this is punishment how do obese ppl do this of their own free will and actually get addicted to it!!!!
 
It gets easy whenever you reach that point where you get used to it and your body adapts to the insane amounts you eat
 
i've experienced this, your body is way too tired and fucked up, and the metabolism is no good and you probably get high blood sugar spikes too, instead of absorbing the calories into your tissues you have to use your kidneys to piss it out, this means you are not getting fed properly after eating and it puts even more stress on your organs

probably try to figure out if you have a sleep disorder, and try to eat a good amount of calories without actually going for a ton of fat since that's hard to digest, or a ton of sugar since that will stress out the body
 
Eat loads just before you go to bed. That's what I've heard.

If you want to gain weight, you need to exercise and build muscles. I didn't start getting fat until I exercised kek and it increased my appetite and my body started holding onto both muscles AND fat

could be lol. Maybe almost a year of having two small meals a day has fucked up my body metabolism or something

yeah maybe because my stomach is smaller now it gets filled quickly

do them 3-4+ times a week for a couple years or more

eat a lot of protein

that's all you need to do

gotta start making protein smoothies, people undergoing cancer treatments usually have them if they can't bring themselves to eat.
 
I tried this and I just ended up with the froglet build. I've got bitch tits and a flabby stomach with twig arms and legs. I've got no natural muscle mass, I can only do 1 push up

Gaining fat is easy. But gaining muscle mass with little bit bonemass is hard
