In 2022 I ate 1900 calories every day and did cheat meals still and lost weight easily.
Now here I am 1600 calories a day on avg. I track EVERYTHING.
Sometime I do cheat meal then eat 1300 calories a day for many days to balance it out.
Still weight is fucking shit. I was 79.3kg 2.5 weeks ago now 80kg.
With the amount I am eating there is NO WAY I am not in a caloric deficit based on previous progress. Yet progress is so shit.
I think rotting had made my metabolism worst.
