Almost impressive how slow your metabolism is. Try dropping it to zero calories/fasting and see if you still won’t lose weight then
 
I'm the opposite, no matter how much I eat I can't seem to gain weight.

How long should I fast for and is it fine to drink coffee / zero sugar energy alongside water?

Just try a day or two and see how you feel. Coffee and tea is fine as long as no milk or sugar

Its not good I'm 5'4 I need to get more lean I look like a fat kid. And gymmaxxing wont help me either

Keep in mind that there are about 3500 calories in one pound of fat. If you are a sedentary shortcel your TDEE is probably very low, which means 1000 calories might not actually as big of a deficit as it seems, and it might still take a while to see noticeable results.

Sometimes I even skip dinner and my weight never goes down:/ “eating less” never worked for me…

What i did was just starve myself and jog and walk to the point of almost dying, I got leaner, But i dont have the stamina for that rn at 26 i think, Were going towards 30 and my body hurts.

Yes absolutely. My metabolism is so slow. If I eat more than 1300 calories a day I gain fat around my waist (I track my calories every day on a spreadsheet). And I also exercise like 200-300 minutes per week on average.

I think the problem with my fellow Americans is probably 99% pay zero attention to how many calories they're actually consuming every day and they don't care. In this country a Starbucks coffee can easily have 500 calories of added sugar in it, and that's just your first drink of the day. That's why ~75% of the population is overweight + obese.

Are you sure you’re counting properly? I’m also 5’4 with a slow metabolism. I’ve been eating 1500 calories a day since October and I’ve lost 25lbs.

Don’t eat fast food with high sodium. It makes you bloat and increases water retention.
