I've been eating only 1 meal / 1k-1.5k calories max a day and I still can't lose weight
I'm 165cm but I weigh like 73kg so I'm a little overweight, I have kind of a skinny-fat figure, although I do workout at home
Theres no gym in my city, theres one but its like a foid gym where they do fake workout
Maybe I need to drink even more water or just not eat at all on some days idk
Been doing this for months and no results, my weight has been the same

you probably have water weight like me, and can't lose the weight because it's not fat

you will accumulate water weight which refuses to go away if you have inflammation, heart failure, GERD, sleep apnea, diabetes, etc, all these things also cause and worsen each other, you need to research it properly
 
one way to test is it is to IMMEDIATELY look in the mirror after waking up, and see what your belly looks like from the side

then check again after 30 minutes of being out of bed and moving around, without eating or drinking, and see if your belly now looks noticeably bigger than before, the lower chest area counts too

It makes sense considering I eat salt and processed food often, I'll try drinking more water and buying more fresh stuff

try the mirror thing i posted above, it will tell you if you have fluid that's shifting around.
for sleep apnea one really easy test is to record yourself with a phone recorder app all night while you sleep, and then listen to the recording in the morning, if you're making weird noises like you can't breath then that's one sign.
