Different gangs take over the islands of Empire City (discount NYC) and terrorize the residents. The Dust Men in particular are pretty good with it, sadly we wouldn't have access to hi-tech drones like the First Sons.

First they start off by cutting power to the entire borough. This severely limits people's ability to fight back. The Reapers also contaminate the water supply with a plague.
Sabotaging the power grid and guarding it makes it easy to take over the borough/city. They have a standard set of weapons, and those of us who want to rope can go kamikaze like some of the Reapers and Dust Men do. Among other military-style weaponry includes 'turret trucks' which are flatbed semis with a rotating turret attached. The Dust Men also take hostages in boats, and they also have armored 'terror buses'; they steal city buses and retrofit them with automatic weapons and go around the city.

Imagine if we did that and then took our pick of foids. Nobody would resist us...

This should all be done on a Minecraft server. Nice simulation

The gameplay is top tier but the story/plot is a bit lackluster compared to the original two. I wish they had more connections/easter eggs too.

I agree. The story was shittier. I just loved the atmosphere and gameplay of Second Son. Did you play the sequel to Second Son? I forgot what it was called but you played as the ugly horse faced girl and it bombed and sucked badly.

First Light. I don't have a PS4 sadly. But idk the gameplay looks pretty dope for that as well, her neon powers are cooler than Delsin's neon powers. Which makes sense since he absorbed them.

The gameplay is great but sadly the story was fucking awful and this annoying country guy calls every 2 fucking seconds to unironically non-stop sexually harass the girl. It's really fucking annoying.
