Not talking about sugar. That's absolutely fine. Take a closer look at the ingredients. Synthetic dyes (blue 10), artificial preservatives (sodium benzoate), and other bad cancerous crap absolutely infest those processed drinks, man. So be careful. One every once in a while is fine. But definitely don't make it a habit.

Also, stay away from "zero calorie" or "low calorie" stuff. Because it either has one of three things:
-sucralose = chlorinated table sugar (sucrose), the company can classify it as 0 calorie because it's sweetness is so strong (400x that of table sugar) that you can have so few of it that it doesn't make a full calorie. Problem is, you can't digest chlorine. So all that's gonna linger in your instenstines for a while and make you feel sluggish before you pass it.
-stevia leaf = there's evidence that it lowers testosterone
-acesulfame potassium = linked to developing Alzheimer's
just have regular sugar or corn syrup
