PsyDoom- PSX DOOM ported to PC

Just wanted to say check this one out, it takes the PSX version of Doom which is unique in quite a few aspects and adds save and load, autorun and vulcan graphics enhancements plus other shit that I don't know much about. The excellent soundtrack still works as well. I am going to start Doom 2 again just fore the fuck of it. Just being able to save and run is a massive improvement over the PSX version and the framerate is noticeably higher even without vulcan.

I honestly have no clue how many different DOOM versions there are. I just emulate a random DOOM and that's it.

This game is being glazed too much, imo.

Just play it if you like it. At least it works flawlessly, I guess.

It is probably the nostalgia of playing it when i was young and how advanced it was at the time that makes me glaze it. It was also the jump in graphics from sonic to doom.

The only thing I liked about DOOM was that it was scary for me as a kid.

I remember playing a version with crying children in the background and all that spokey scary stuff.

It sent chills down my spine.

Could not touch it for many years afterwards.
