I like the thicker pancakes they have in Scotland with butter and jam but the thin ones are pretty good too tbh ngl. I like them with golden or maple syrup.

they're a bit smaller too and more fatty because they historically had more access to dairy
I like thin ones because you can eat 10 or so without feeling too fat
