I can see you guys haven't implemented my suggestion of creating a new thread (along with a dated and numbering) for each new rules amendment.

All this shit of re-editing the same post from 2017 so that people can't even see what changes you made is complete bullshit.

If you want to make it clear that the old rules thread no longer applies you should just lock the old thread and maybe use a strikethrough on all the text w/ a link to the new thread.

Then on each new edition/thread you can link back to the previous thread.

The previous/retired rules threads could be unstickied as soon as you publish a new one and you sticky that instead.

This is why we had such a hard time coming up with a rule for it. The rule is mainly to curb discussions about sexual relations with prepubescent minors, not discussions about a teen that is 17.99999 years old. If users mention teen love, is that fine?
If they say "there were so many good looking girls back in high school and I missed out", is that fine?
What about youngcels (15-17), are they allowed to talk about high school girls?
