Brutal Might have given myself a concussion

Yesterday i got into an argument with my mother, this lead me to getting pissed and hitting myself in the head. I’ve had a lingering headache since then (i have headaches most days so im not sure if this is normal)

Im a little paranoid. I lost hearing and had ear ringing for about 15 seconds after doing it, it went away though. I just hope i didnt damage anything

might be worth seeing a doctor if ya can, especially if your paranoid about it because it'll just cause you to dwell on it at least imo. better to be safe about it

Nope, but i hit the side of my head against the wall as a kid and had a huge lump.

Last year I was punching myself in the head and hit my right eye too hard and gave myself retinal detachment.
