Lefort III worth it?

My surgeon is very reluctant to get me through lefort, relying mostly on transplants and other cosmetic microsurgeries (i have a narrow face, and many minor physical anomalies).

I'm worrying that if I go through the schelduled surgeries in June, I may bar myself from a future lefort surgery. I guess it should be done before cosmetic operations.

What to do? Money is an issue too. Up until now the price is 5k EU.

Good luck getting any surgeon to do LeFort 3 on you. It’s almost exclusively reserved for people who are actually deformed. Ive heard Dr. Sinn does aesthetic LeFort 3 but it’s extremely expensive
Also LeFort 3 is a brutal surgery. They literally cut your face in half and then sew it back on. Watch this video
