You need to be very careful not to get your feet wet in public areas. If you have tennis shoes water will seep in if you step in a puddle. All standing water can potentially get you sick just from skin contact. Perhaps more important is remembering to wash your hands. 1. Since I'm assuming you were born in the USA you can get a medium wage job at a fast rood resturaunt or diner, you may need to work a second job to make a decent living until you get off your feet.

2. Purchase a really cheap apartment or better yet, a van, you do not need a License to own the vehicle but to DRIVE it, first you read the rules online on how to get your permit depending on what state you live in currently.
-Get a busted up Van from the junk yard, you can get a really cheap one for 500$ (And lower if your lucky) and focus on repairing it after you obtain both your permit and licesene.-

3. After you get the van scoop out the unecessary stuff to make some extra space in the back and put in a matress, buy a really cheap volt converter for you can put in a small microwave and cooler (since it can be used as a fridge)

4. Work until you can get a decent apartment to get off of your feet.
