Not pointing finger at exact persons.

I've noticed users here began using they/them to refer to person of unknown gender. It's ridiculous.

Take that from a person whose language does not have gender pronoun at all, not even written.

Its strange to witness this in English. Stop using they them unless when referring to a group. You may say, singular they!! Yeah but this is ancient English.

You don't know someone gender ? Just say he/she. There's only two anyway.

"they" is shorter than "he/she", though :feelsthink:

Also, it can be a habit they developed while browsing other sites (which are liberal) etc.

My language pronoun doesnt even differ by inanimate and animate objects. And I have no issues not using they/them when writing in English

yea im gonna start using ''it'' to describe everyone since I am the only human on earth anyway :society:

Good choice. It's a ideal option for insulting use cases.

They should get banned

I usually use it to say "this person" nothing to do with pronouns

I don't see anything ridiculous in using they & them for singular persons, I've seen native speakers use it as a singular many times. My language doesn't have gendered pronouns either.

Ban them and kill them . We need to enforce incel sharia

"Person of ambiguous gender."

it is proper english it just sounds weird ig because of faggots and trannies nowadays

Its normal in english if u dont know someones gender to say they/them

The difference is troons and libfags dont use it cause of ignorance but cause they believe gender is a choice

Not pointing fingers too, but I argued with someone about this and he claimed that its normal in English to refer to a person whos gender is unknown as they/them. This may have been the case in the past, but times have changed

ESL lol

Until recently i didn't know it was woke language. We don't have something like that in germany, here the standard is to say "he". So i thougt "they" is how english speakers say it.

That's how English works :feelsseriously::feelsugh:

You refer to people you don't know as "they"

idk, calling a singular person they/them is confusing sometimes, even if it's proper English or woke English

But i guess English language doesn't have gender neutral word to address someone

agreed, use "that black ass nigga" instead :feelsYall:

It technically is proper English usage, but I agree we should try to refrain from it since it's been Wokewashed sadly

Seems like normal English, what if they are talking about multiple people? Idk i'm dumb and lazy so i use it. I don't pay attention to how i sound like when i say something most of the time

It's neutral language, I assume the person used it because they were unsure of the person's sex. It's kind of gay but it wouldn't be so weird to think about if not for the plague of modern day retardation muddying it up.

My language has genders for nouns, including the neutral gender :feelsokman:

A gender neutral title would actually be very useful. I work at a call support center, and we are supposed to use Mr. and Ms. for customers. For customers named John and Mary, it is easy to figure out.

But for email situations, it can be very difficult to know if it is a man or woman. Even if you check name websites, there are a lot of 'unisex' names. It pisses me off. Having a neutral title like ''Mx'' to mean both female and male would make my job so much easier. We get penalized at feedback if we don't personalize the customers :feelsUgh:

ironic I know because rice languages usually lack gendered pronouns

Stop calling me they / them.
Start calling me xim / xer.

Indeed. When I'm in some online games like war thunder, I use he 100%. Because most players are men, and the "foids" are trannies
