A gender neutral title would actually be very useful. I work at a call support center, and we are supposed to use Mr. and Ms. for customers. For customers named John and Mary, it is easy to figure out.

But for email situations, it can be very difficult to know if it is a man or woman. Even if you check name websites, there are a lot of 'unisex' names. It pisses me off. Having a neutral title like ''Mx'' to mean both female and male would make my job so much easier. We get penalized at feedback if we don't personalize the customers
