Ok but your avi is gay af@TheProphetMuscle can you shift this thread to lounge section
Generally speaking, the amount of muscle an individual can build in 6 months is around 15-25 pounds, but this number may be even higher for beginners who are starting with a low level of muscle massHow much muscle should you ideally be able to build in 6 months time?
Hmm I see. I stay in a hostel and couldn't get enough protein. I calculated my protein in take today and it came to about 75-80 grms of protein everyday. I'll buy some whey protein and start taking it and be more regular.Generally speaking, the amount of muscle an individual can build in 6 months is around 15-25 pounds, but this number may be even higher for beginners who are starting with a low level of muscle mass
You mean my lifts?Post numbers
YeahYou mean my lifts?
If you’re bulking you should have higher numbers on your lifts. Mine is
What kind of workout routine would you recommend? And yeah I know my lifts are not that great. I think it's because I wasn't consistent. I took 2 months break in between because of exams. I was also undereating for some time before I upped my caloriesIf you’re bulking you should have higher numbers on your lifts. Mine is
Squat 80kg x 6
Bench 45kg ish x 12
I dont deadlift so RDL 70kg x 15
At 58kg BW. Your lifts should be much higher than mine, I’ve been going to the gym for 7 months and am on a cut. Switch to higher reps (12+) and a bodybuilding style if you want hypertrophy, 5x5 is a meme programme for fat retarded powershitters. Also stop deadlifting unless you want to go to snap city
Used to do PPL 6 days a week but its too much volume and not enough recovery so I switched to bro split 5 days a weekWhat kind of workout routine would you recommend? Eggs, milk, chicken. I eat about 100gm a day when I have meat. Other days 50gm which isn't enough but it works. If you want whey stay away from bigmuscles, muscleblaze and cheap brands. ON and GNC usually have good protein but it's still full of heavy metalsHow do you hit your macros btw? I find it hard to get enough protein . I only get meat on alternate days. I need to buy some whey protein if I am serious about gymaxxing.
I generally add 2.5 kgs of weight to all my lifts every week. I've only plateued 2 times on overhead press and once in benchpress. Do you think I should do 5 kgs from now on.If you’re bulking you should have higher numbers on your lifts. Mine is

I struggle with maintaining form on overhead pressSeems like everything is going well. Progress is progress. Adjust your routine a form and progressively overload if you want faster results. Just stick with it, ear alot, etc.
You lack stability because you are a beginner. Just keep using free-weight and try not to use machines and bars when you dont need to. Greater range of motion.I struggle with maintaining form on overhead press
