Is the er level rage from constantly being disrespected by normies natural?

I get the usual disrespect like getting stares and getting laughed at and treated like a vermin by people except in my case it makes me beyond murderously angry, I have these "episodes" multiple times a day where I stew over all the stares and mistreatment I've gotten over the years and I my heart actually races with pure seething rage, murderous rage, it fades as quickly as it comes on, then comes on again after some time has passed

I can't tell if this is this natural result of the primate brain knowing it's been placed at the bottom ranking and getting mistreatment constantly, or if I have some sort of mood disorder jfl

i get the ER rage whenever i see sub 5s with girlfriends. I usually cope by telling myself how they are betabuxxing and their girlfriend is probably getting fucked by some chad behind their back.

Yes, I replay bad memories in my head, of others reacting negatively to me, everyday, and then fantasize about hacking them to death with a machete.

I also talk to AI about that stuff, which sometimes can help me feel a bit better.

I get that too but not so often since I don't encounter normies on a regular basis.

Feel like it'd be abnormal not having these kinds of thoughts if people are routinely fucking with you.
