Venting Intense psychological pain that turns into physical pain

Do any of you experience such intense emotional pain that it turns into literally physical pain?
Sometimes my psychological suffering is so strong that it twists my stomach, I lose my balance when walking, I have convulsions and tunnel vision etc.
It's tough shit to go through

Wouldnt be able to tell since im in chronic pain from back to head all the time (in intervals). I do have that empty stomach feeling due to hopelessness

Yeah. Mostly from a mix of outrage over some injustice and hypocracy commited by this dog-tier society and pain over my personal life. Thinking too much about what could have been and what went wrong gets me feeling physically unwell if I'm having a bad day already. Also mostly in the stomach. Feel like I'm developing some condition their form all the bitterness and hatred and helplessness.
