On December 21st, 2021, seven members of the U.S. House of Representatives wrote to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland asking if the U.S. Department of Justice can investigate and prosecute our former administrators for their involvement in another website, Sanctioned Suicide. This followed the New York Times article regarding that website earlier this month.
Several members of various incel communities were aware of the situation but decided against writing a post on the issue at the time while we decided on the stance we take on the issue. Now, here is our current stance:
1. We currently do not believe there is any genuine threat to incels.is' current operations, or to the safety of our former administrators. Having discussed the matter, our analysis is that this is entirely political theater with little or no legal substance. The closest comparison I can make to this situation is when Ted Cruz and other members of Congress wrote letters to the DOJ asking then-AG Barr to prosecute Netflix on child pornography charges. Yes, that happened. Lawmakers pull stunts like this because they can virtue-signal to white mom lobby groups that they did something whilst punting the issue and deflecting blame for any inaction to the DOJ.
2. We have reliable information that since the publication of the New York Times article, a few U.S.-based individuals who we know of are actively lobbying members of Congress to censor incels.is, amongst other communities. Additionally, we know that these individuals seek to sow disinformation in these communities out of spite. However, their financial backing is pretty much zero relative to their aims, so we will not elaborate as not to give the crazies any legitimacy or publicity.
3. We note that one or more advocacy groups have also submitted their own comments on the issue of Sanctioned Suicide to the DOJ. We strongly and unreservedly support the right to freedom of speech, and the right to petition the government, as guaranteed by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. To that effect, we have decided to add our perspective to the conversation.
We have submitted the following correspondence to Attorney General Garland. Copies of this letter were also sent to the seven members of Congress, and two reporters at the New York Times. We encourage every incel to read this letter in its entirety.
Thank you.

2. Place it in a school
Take me to prison glowniggers.
They'd get the elf lawyer from stone ocean prolly with incel luckI am against suicide, but I understand that they had the right to talk about it.
Encouraging it on the other hand seems wrong to me now.
I hope Serge and Master get some good male lawyers to guide them.
I don't think they will be criminally charged but they might get civil charges.
Did you write that yourself?
Why am I not tagged?
Dedsrs it was because of thisWhat brought NYT's attention to SS in the first place again? Wasn't it because some femoid took sodium nitrate after breaking up with her boyfriend? lol
Foids literally have it so easy, they create their own mental battles when they no longer have everything.Dedsrs it was because of this
Just further proof of how cucked the 1st world has become

we are truly the most misunderstood beings in the universe. Well maybe furries have it as bad, but they are incels tooWhile normies bully ostracize and harass and make people go er or suicide no one does anything plus they protect the bully and evil people while we say shit and they want to put us in prison
As of 2020, they have classified incels and inceldom inside the United States as a domestic terrorism organization, I kid you not boyos.they shouldn't even know what incel is they're going to care about letter?

These are absurd political times fren, where they openly persecute anybody and anyone that holds views, not of the institutional established political status quo, they do things all the time that doesn't make sense and shouldn't be legal, but unfortunately, that has never stopped them before on multiple fronts. People mistakenly think that laws on the books exist to protect people like us, but unfortunately, they interpret the laws themselves to fit their own social-political narratives, they pick and choose which laws to follow. Once you understand that the entire world now is lawless turning into despotism everything else starts to make sense. No such classification exists because a) incels are not an organization, and b) unlike the U.K. and Canada, no legal mechanism exists to allow the U.S. government to classify a "domestic terrorism organization".
I remember when the Trump administration briefly considered classifying Antifa as one, only to be shut down.

interpol has zero investigatory and arrest powers on their own so yawnAre you sure? The Interpol is investigating Serges
Interpol investiga a uruguayo que creó web que promociona el suicidio a través de Internet
El uruguayo, además de dirigir el sitio, se encargaría de interactuar con usuarios a través de pseudónimos.www.montevideo.com.uy
Because you didn't reply to a previous thread that was pertinent to this issue. I don't have a mental list of important users.@PPEcel Why didn't you tag me, you fucking chink?
Important thread, btw. Everyone should know about this, even if we shouldn't be talking about it and giving ammo to critics.
How?@PPEcel not being here at this truecel-time is telling... HE IS NOT A TRUECEL
Did you spend your new year's eve alone in front of screen? How?
You're on the right track. So tl;dr they did nothing illegal but the government wish they did so the long game is to change the laws to make it so?
Is that the gist of it?
No.Did you spend your new year's eve alone in front of screen?
Did you write alone that letter?
I didn't reply, but I did read it. You don't have to reply to every thread you read. Sometimes it's just info and there isn't any useful contribution you can make.Because you didn't reply to a previous thread that was pertinent to this issue. I don't have a mental list of important users.
There has never been a case of that.Tbh you have to be a complete sociopath to be okay with running a website were young teenage kids go there and some kill themselves
Uhhhhh... on the one hand I don't want Sarge and Master to go jail or anything, and they likely won't.
On the other hand, I have long been adamantly opposed to the idea of Sanctioned Suicide, both the forum and the concept itself. So I'm pretty secure in my conscience in not signing this letter. Is that what we're doing? Signing this letter?
Whatever we're doing, Sarge and Master will likely not be convicted of anything.
Tbh you have to be a complete sociopath to be okay with running a website were young teenage kids go there and some kill themselves
Then you aren't a truecel, that was the idea here. Were you invited to a party?
i mean, you could try minding your own fucking business but i suppose that's asking too much.
mariana trench IQ. the 'think of the children' argument has been beaten to death already. there are many adults who suffer and it's much better that they at least have a resource so they can go as painlessly and quietly as possible.
maybe im biased because im suicidal myself but i found that site incredibly useful and saved the information on it so if it goes down again, i still have it. why do i find it useful? i at least now i have a relatively painless and available method, instead of some violent hanging or gunshot which might leave me crippled but still alive.Even if it's adults looking to kill themselves, it's still abhorrent.
And bizarre. I don't care how badly you wanna die, what makes you think you're gonna find people who are like "Here's how to die?" We have so much to say about what's typical of society and what's unlikely. Makes no sense to supposedly know society but be surprised that answers from society about how to kill yourself don't come easy.

im still suicidal if that site exists or not.
You're biased because of the fucked up perspective of seeing suicide advice as "useful." My point is, even if you are suicidal you must understand that the norm is to revile suicide and urge people not to pursue it. So to even ask for advice shows a warped understanding of the world.
what about the right to die movement - do you think people who are terminally ill should have the right to suicide? or should they suffer at the hands of their untreatable diseases until they die painfully?
Shouldn't we instead improve palliative care? Or are these terminally ill simply bored of life and eager for death?
how about letting people decide for themselves instead of some anonymous person who has no idea what its like?
i guess we are just never going to agree. i hope you never get dementia or alzheimer's. it's better to be dead than die shitting yourself and not remmebering who or what you are.Because if we let you kill yourself, we are validating suicide. You killing yourself within a society that forbids it? You then force our standards to accept suicide.

Our society doesn't criminalize suicide.Because if we let you kill yourself, we are validating suicide. You killing yourself within a society that forbids it? You then force our standards to accept suicide.
Our society doesn't criminalize suicide.
What's weird is that some fringe groups are saying "Suicide is legal, but advocating suicide should be illegal," which is just flat-out illogical. It's just nonsense to say that certain con[UWSL]duct that is legal to commit is illegal to advocate.[/UWSL]
Indeed. As a long time survivalist I find suicide to be against my BASIC philosophy.Uhhhhh... on the one hand I don't want Sarge and Master to go jail or anything, and they likely won't.

Hey! That isn't sufficiently obscure of statement you'res!Tbh you have to be a complete sociopath to be okay with running a website were young teenage kids go there and some kill themselves
it’s over for serge and master
