I notice incels either LDAR or major in an extremely difficult subject, like math, physics, or engineering. I have no interest whatsoever in business, accounting, finance, or marketing.
Every marketing major I have known is as dumb as a rock, but they were hired into decent jobs shortly after graduation.

One of the things I'm bitter about is seeing normies major in marketing, business, finance, etc., and becoming successful. Any math involved doesn't go past algebra (which they struggle at and barely come out alive in).
How normies are paid so highly in jobs that are basically planning, talking shit, and basically being a good people person, is incomprehensible to me, whereas in the hard sciences you won't see money unless you go up to a PhD and/or are lucky & well connected enough to work for a major government agency or high end lab.

being likeable is valuable, apparently.
I did not respect finance or business until lately I've been told I need to make money to survive, and studying science isn't as useful to myself as I thought.

Business or finance are not intrinsically interesting (though modern finance kind of is, at least a tiny bit), the only reason people go into it is because they think that will make them rich.

Don't worry too much about these people making lots of money. I've worked in finance as an IT, in my opinion the money is not worth it.

It's much better to work in something you're passionate about, or at least genuinely interested in, than to work in something dull just because it pays better.
