My mind goes faster than what i type so I always forget words

all very relatable experiences... It takes me too much time to write a simple sentence, I keep editing it, Its never good enough, even though I proofread before I post, I just keep making mistakes and forgetting words

I have ADHD too, I'm starting to notice that my ability to understand complex topics is decreasing.
