We are all humans, naturally we are going to keep sinning. But whether we repent from these sins and put our faith in God to actively help us stop is another. We can stumble in our walk with the Lord, but shouldn't continuously sin, with the knowledge of good from evil.
But without being born again, this struggle can feel endless as I have noticed for many users on the forum. Take a look at the apostle Peter, who wanted to put his faith in the Lord, and tried numerous times to submit to Gods authority but failed. He denied Jesus 3 times, sunk in the water, and ignored cries for help and was too scared to protect his saints even with the Lord telling him it would be alright. But he truly repented in his heart and God forgave him. He was a big sinner and a chicken up until the day of Pentecost. On this day, the Lord cast out his spirit onto all the disciples, and out of their mouths flowed a language that only God knows - they were speaking in tongues. When you have the Holy Spirit and God inside of you, this will be evident if you speak in tongues. And after this with baptism by full emersion, you will be "born again" - into a new life with God.
Even with this Holy Spirit, you will still stumble in your walk with God as we are human and not Christ, but it will make everything easier to follow. Nor would you ever deny Christ's existence, as you can feel him inside of you - making your faith of him stronger than ever - and strengthening the relationship he wants with you.
You can stumble in your walk with the Lord - but it's not over until the Lord returns. And remember, we will never stop sinning, but you have to repent - and we can only truly do this with the Holy Spirit (God) living inside of us.
Up until the Lord returns it isn't over. Life is a battle that we have to take for the Lord against Satan, in order to have eternal life with Him.

Through the help of God. We have to put our faith in the Lord, pray, and read the bible so that we can strengthen our walk with the Lord. Going to a church fellowship can help greatly with surrounding yourself in like minded people, all striving to do better. Anything that helps you strengthen your personal relationship with the Lord helps. But how can we stop? I've tried and failed.

#1 - God's Salvation Message
I will go through the New Testament readings on God's message for our salvation and having eternal life with him: Acts 2:38 - Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptised every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy...

#2 - "what do I need to be saved"?
Don't I just have to believe in God to go to heaven? Yes and No. Well the bible says numerous times that you need "X" to go to heaven, people read that scripture and think "so I only have to do X and I am saved". But then they are forgetting about the other verses, such as John 3:3 - โTruly...
