Brutal I'm listening to an audiobook of a thriller and this line hit me...

(this scene in the book involves a woman, part of the bad guys, tricking a down-syndrome man into thinking she like him, to ultimately carry out an attack)

His uncoordinated attempts at the arcade-machine were pitiful. A group of kids were loitering nearby, coiled up in suppressed laughter because of his strange looks.

Brutal, this last sentence really hit home.

In my case, I was born with it. My mothER said I acted this way even when i was like infant or toddler

Brutal. The thing is, I would've fallen for that trap just like the down syndrome man

I don't have the book, I have the audiobook only. The book costs $3.27 for download, the kindle app is free for your computer or phone / tablet (you need an amazon account). I'll see if I have it elsewhere though

if you want to buy the book ($3 for download on the .de website) don't read the second screenshot

Send the me pdf file of book
?

that doesn't work like that dude, it's a kindle/Amazon book, not pdf, it's only read on an app.

sending it only works when selecting "gift this book" directly when purchasing or sharing it within the same account. I'm on a family account. Both don't work here

You can probably find it somewhere on the internet

On the Kindle website basically, the Kindle Cloud Reader (alternative to the app, just online). But it's a very long book, audiobook is 13 hours long
