His uncoordinated attempts at the arcade-machine were pitiful. A group of kids were loitering nearby, coiled up in suppressed laughter because of his strange looks.

Brutal, this last sentence really hit home.

In my case, I was born with it. My mothER said I acted this way even when i was like infant or toddler

On the Kindle website basically, the Kindle Cloud Reader (alternative to the app, just online). But it's a very long book, audiobook is 13 hours long
