The best cope is just reading blackpills/redpills. MGTOW stories. Divorce rape stories. Stories about how women abuse their men. How they manipulate them. The crocodile tears. The thousands of dollars wasted for her pleasure. The ruined men who have to start over at 30+.

Just read some of these comments:

Hah, she got fucking destroyed. Great story.

Also,
Cope

please think about the future, it gets really bad when you hit the round age of 30 and realise you've accomplished nothing. i would feel guilty if i didn't try to wake up the 24-25 year old guys i know who seem, for now, perfectly at peace doing nothing or working on small hobby projects.

Well, what else is there to do? I'm not interested enough In "procreation" or marriage to be too upset about never actually doing those things. Incel life actually suits me.

the thing is right now it doesn't feel like you're doing anything wrong, but you're burning a lot of useful time without realising it. whatever you could or would plan to do with that time, it shouldn't be taken lightly. finally realising it can hit really hard.
i've spent most of this year being incredibly disturbed mentally and i'm convinced it's because i've essentially coped my way through my whole twenties, and that's not something you can "cope" with once it's a done deal.

Well, I'm 25 already, and I genuinely have no goals or ambitions. It's not like I can actually do something even if I wanted to. I have a shitty job dead-end job, a shitty degree, in a shitty country. Even if my salary doubled I still wouldn't have enough money to save it and invest it. So there's literally nothing for me in life, all I can do is pass the time till I die.

yeah, i believe you. with any luck you'll escape feeling scathing irrational levels of self-criticism later. i wasn't able to offer any arguments to counter my self-criticism and it's probably down to my stubbornness and other "qualities"

Turning 30 is fucking awful.

Do something meaningful in your 20s. It's absolute hell to be broke and a loser at 30+ trust me.

What is meaningful though?

What is meaningful though?

Something that improves your:

1) Financial situation
2) Health
3) Skills
4) Spiritual well being

1) is obvious, money always helps, but it's really important not to be poor as you get older, cause your ability to rough it goes down. You need more comfort.

2) is the same, as you get older, your body breaks down which is fucking awful.

3) is really important too, skills gives confidence, ability and options

4) is like "know thyself", it gives you ability to deal with loneliness and libido.

I know people who have done plenty of those and still feel miserable. Why doing "meaningful things" in your 20's if you don't believe anything of what you're doing is worth it?

Because it will get worse? For some of us it hardly can get worse.

Ohh, it gets worse. Life always gets worse. Life always finds a way to make it worse.

It can always get worse.

Wait until you get a chronic illness or pain every day like me.

Incidentally, it was gymcelling which has led to me suffering with pain everyday.

Back problems? Does it hurt 24/7?

Neck and shoulder and yes it pretty much hurts all the time in varying degrees.

It's sort of like wearing a heavy backpack 24/7, if you can imagine.

all I can do is pass the time till I die
Exactly my feeling tbh.

People saying "hurr durr don't waste your 20's, it's the best years in life and you lazy ass do nothing out of it" need to have become fucking billionnaire or Nobel Prize at 30 to be taken seriously.

The funny thing is you even status mog / diploma mog those living jokes when they were your age, but as things were easier at their time, they think it's not normal that your only option for the moment is basically nothing.

If you have it so bad what is stopping you from suicide? I have a gun in my house and I can end it all whenever I please.I will never have to go through chronic pain or diseases because I just don't fucking want to,the moment I start to get too old or in a really bad financial situation or whatever I'll just fucking end it all.Unnecesary suffering is the true cope.

I didn't say I have it that bad, it's just that carry a burden (as pain doctor said).

I enjoy life actually, when the neetbux admins leave me alone and don't try to force me to work and the weather is warm.

It's just that I'm never going to be at 100% in what I can do or enjoy. I am at like 30% most of the time.

Besides there are opiates and there is also spirituality and other religious copes. Like Stoicism and being brave in the face of suffering. These things are something those suffering should learn about. Suffering isn't new. Buddhism is basically all about suffering. The ancient greeks knew a lot about suffering, so did the Nords. Like Prometheus who was punished by being chained to a rock and having an eagle eat his liver for all eternity or Loke who was punished by having acid dropped on his head in a cave. Loke did have a girlfriend who held a bucket above his head, but she had to change it sometime and then he would get burned.

As you can see suffering is life and always has been. You deal with it as you want. I still want to honor my ancestors and my soul by not giving up. I don't need the normie copes. I have my philosophy and religious copes and it helps.
