Its been so long since I've had any friends. I hardly go outside unless I need something. Im ugly as shit. My only hobbies are watching TV and scrolling through my phone, looking at all the happy couples. I've completely lost my joy in living.

I used to do that too. I am the kind of man that women walking alone cross the street to avoid walking near me. When there are groups of men or women on the sidewalk they usually laugh of me.
Now I go outside every night. Best are rainy nights because streets are almost empty. I have some doubts about where to look to avoid eye contact without looking like a weirdo and it seems that pretending to be chatting with someone on my phone while someone is passing by works well.
