shit man. im depressed enough and now im also sleepy all the time. i've been sleeping an avg of 5 hours a day for a week straight. mainly because my sleep schedule was completely messed up. now im trying to make it more stable but im not used to it so cant really sleep :reeeeee: still pushing through though

Just sleep twice a day. That's a legit option. 5 hrs + 3 hrs. Problem is your body gets used to it and you'll be required to take your habitual 3 hrs mid day all the time.
 
My sleep schedule is equally messed up. I can't sleep at night, really restless and falling asleep during the day doesn't help matters.
 
only way to fix sleep schedule is sleeping 6 hours(four cycles), waking up, eating, drinking coffee/energy drink, getting some light into eyes(best if you stay outside all day, exercise helps too) then go to bed 1-2 hours earlier that day. relatively quick to fix even a seriously fucked up schedule. I am an expert at this

I've had a relatively fix sleep schedule lately (sleeping from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am), but I cannot say that it makes me feel better about myself.
