Today, I ate two bags of m&m's and soda. I have hypothyroidism and it's the gate that leads you to diabetes. My racial background doesn't help either cuz we negroes of the sand are very prone to get diabetes but I keep eating shit food even at 3.00 A.M. I know it's going to make my life worse. It's like I care and I don't care in the same time about my health. What about you fellow incels? Do you eat healthy? or you're killing yourselves slowly?
