You're never going to find serious answers under the confines of cucked, archaic, tyrannical and obviously deterrent laws against males.
You're right though -- these "laws" often help females and hurt males by design. If that is how the law works out then it's not a law -- it's an anti-male pipeline for the most part. If something is illegal in one way but suddenly legal under a "different context" it easily becomes up in the air BS. It's a "crime" but funny how it's only going to affect males 99% of the time -- yeah, "justice" is what it is, not a prison-pipeline/trap/etc. designed to bait or punish unfortunate males. How about we make a law that would ONLY mostly affect females then/that females'd break? Eh?
My opinion? Who gives a shit -- let the whores talk all the nude pics/do all the nude videos they want & don't penalize anyone legally for it. So much easier to avoid bullshit on a mass scale when the government or masses of society blow up every stupid piece of shit to mountains of social order/justice/mountains of nonsense and public order/outcry. It's a fucking nude picture -- who gives a shit? They took it; they made it. If some sick freak forcibly strips a kid & takes nudes/etc. then that's wrong, yeah, but these teen whores know what they're doing 100%.
The whole idea of creating more and more laws to curb every loop, nook or cranny with "justice" is unjust in and of itself over time. Let people try and do what they find to be rational, just and sensible -- and if it all burns down I'm fine with that (& you should be too in a sense at least).
