I use public disabled toilets now, they are usually cleaner and if anyone says I shouldn't be using it I will tell them that I have a disability that prevents me from experiencing the fundamentals of a human existence, love and companionship with a woman and to raise a family.

Sometimes breeders with toddlers use them to put their toddler on the toddler stand to change the diapers of the spawn. That spreads fecal matter around the room, making it dirtier than a normal pissroom. BUT, if a breeder hasn't changed any diapers in the room, it will be cleaner because of the less frequency of use than the normal toilet. Thus, using the disabled toilet is a gamble.
