I don't know. If I were you I'd try for a uni in Ireland, since there's still some remnant of Catholic values, at least that's what I hear. And even if you don't get in until 20 you should be okay. But if you do get into a uni you have to be very proactive, can't just rot in your dorm. Join clubs especially ones with lots of foids. Talk to your classmates etc.
