Man, this reminded me of the old sites I used to lurk a decade ago where people honestly claimed to have superpowers. I remember a bunch of people saying that they are capable of what you've mentioned, where they can sometimes manifest what they want to happen, but it doesn't always work when used consciously, but when they can feel their subconscious making something happen whether they want it or not, it supposedly always happens.

They were even having discussions about which ones of them legitimately have this and which ones are just larpers (given how many people claimed to be able to do this,) since they said that this is reality warping, and as every nerd knows, reality warpers are the royalty of metahumans.

Too bad that community seems to be deader than dead internet-wise. I know there were multiple such sites/forums, but I could only remember Metahumans United, and even that only exists as screenshots on the Internet Archive by now.
