I think I might go back to how I started and just do gameplay with no commentary when I'm by myself. If I'd need to stop making videos instead, I don't know what I'm gonna cope with afterwards.
Cope I have a Youtube channel where I do "Let's Play" videos; but I haven't been enjoying doing solo commentary lately.
bro gameplay with no commentary is lame (to me atleast) unless its like cracked gameplay but thats probably because im a low attention span late zoomer in the era of tiktok and whatnot

Good commentary involves actually analyzing the game. Bad commentary is describing what’s on screen or screeching about getting hit by a crit. If you’re commentary sucks then you are dumb or should play something you like

I just wish I could do a media share stream like Smallant has done a few times. It might help make things more entertaining if I'm not playing something that I enjoy as much as hentai games such as Nekopara. I don't just play those right now because I already played all the main series games on my channel, which are: Nekopara Extra, Vol 0, Vol 1, Vol 2, Vol 3, and Vol 4.

You upload a fucking lot, the problem your channel has is that you play too much Niche games. No one wants to see someone playing nekopara, it's already a drag to play it much less to watch it. You should play more interactive games, if you want to play VNS. go for something like Zero escape or Danganrompa

Look, im not gonna pretend to be knowledgeable about this because i'm not. I plan to make a youtube channel but i didn't even take the first step yet, what i am is a full blown consoomer of media. So i can tell you that you need to pick your niche and make it didactive. You can play indie games like Hollow knight, Blasphemous, Terraria. Which are cheap and really fun, also have their communities. You need to actually play "games" If you want to continue playing vns like i told you, pick ones which have gameplay.The thing is that if I want to step outside of this niche, I'd need some help because I literally don't know what to play otherwise.
Alternatively you could play the fruit of grisaia, although you'll have to censor a lot.
Grisaia no kajitsu is good, thing is im not sure how keen are people to watch someone read novels. Like i feel it's not that good of entertainment and there's a limit on how much you can talk about it. That's why i feel like someething like dangaronpa may work cause you can talk about game mechanics or silly plot twists.
I'm not sure if there's a big youtube who does this kind of thing and works for him

Yeah, it's just too bad Twitch is run by people who hate lewd anime games; but Twitch Thots shaking their "assets" around is perfectly fine. As for VN YouTubers, a channel called Lost Pause started out by doing them, but then YouTube gave him shit, and now he mainly does anime and hentai memes. That's actually a part of the reason I started this channel; I wanted a return of the old Lost Pause from when I found him back in 2015-2016.
