Even if some people believe in the extremism of "No human should be born ever," the only way to logically be able to blame your parents for that is to be able to say "My parents and everyone else should've realized this obvious thing."

That's why you can blame someone for, say, knowingly giving someone an STD or a retarded baby. Because it's generally understood by everyone that this is unacceptable.
