Venting I can’t stop eating like shit

Everytime I say I’m going to eat healthy and shit I don’t. The problem is whenever I eat trash, I start sperging out and having massive fits of rage where I throw food, knives and very rarely plates across the house. People who have the willpower to just eat healthily cold turkey are so far out my league. I don’t get how they pull past the hard cravings
