I wanna sleep rn so badly my mind wont stfu and keeps inflicting intrusive thoughts that basically say "youre still awake bro". I went for a night walk but I still cant get my mind to rest, and I ran out of melatonin

I found night walks make things worse.
Get good headphones and listen to music, game, eat good food, use .is. learn by watching/reading history or sumshit you are even slightly interested in.

just before finals I literally programed myself to not be able to sleep, I spent an entire Week unable to get a single second of sleep, lost some of my hair, it sucked, I still have trouble sleeping to this very day

My dreams are so vivid they feel close to irl. They also are very bizzare too. For example, I was in this bizzaro world - college even though Ive never been to college, and then the fucking biblical rapture happened and I saw a honestly mesmerizing depiction of God, and Jesus and Mary in the sky, and then the whole world was reduced to a small, minecraft esque island in the middle of the ocean with weird characters on it likw a man in a top hat I tjink I recall . I went for a night walk last night to help me get tired but it didnt help tbh. I'll try reading my phyical copy of LOTR with some classical music on before I go to sleep tonight. I dont recall the dream I had last night
