But holy fucking shit the vaccine is proving completely useless against the current wave. Multiple people I know, who got both the doses, are now testing positive. This is not some crazy 4chan internet conspiracy shit, its happening irl. The fervor with which our jewish overlords tried to force the vaccine makes all this all the more hilarious. I am very pro-science and pro-evidence based medicine.. but when I researched vaccines back around 2015 the evidence of their efficacy is just unbelievably lacking.

To me vaccines are an 18th century homeopathy pseudoscience that somehow survived all this time. Whereas the other homeopathic remedies were over time relegated to alternative medicine. Back in the late 18th century homeopathy was a much more respected medicine field and they had homeopathic remedies for basically every type of ailment people get.

The two shots were enough for me. I don´t get why some people is taking the third shot . It makes no sense that tons of virus have been around for millenia and is now that we have to take such amount of shots in less than a year just for a virus that kills less than 0.5% of population(and the worst part is that most of that people would have died in that moment without virus anyway).

However, for me anti-vaxxers are anoying af for me. I haven´t been capable to book escorts at home on weekends cuz restrictions make that all my relatives are at home . Also: Is anoying to be incapable to book escorts at midnight because hotels are closed. . All of this cuz majority of the country hasn´t taken the two shots.

Ya I've been reading medical papers for 10 years now it is a hobby of mine. The philosophy of medicine has come so far like how to design large scale, randomized, double blinded, placebo controlled clinical trials to prove things. Which is really, really hard in medicine to prove things because each persons biology is a bit different. So it works on statistics to see.

Possibly it is what you say might be what is happening, this whole field is getting caught out. You know in the history of science many things that were widely believed, including by extremely smart people who were the leaders in those fields, later we found out were wrong. An assumption we make is that ya but now we have all the right answers and the same thing won't happen to some ideas we believe now.

Hadn't thought of that analogy with the diet advice. Thats a really good one, and thats one everyone knows and in recent. What made it hard for authorities is imagine you gave advice to everybody to avoid something or take a supplement, that was legit based on the general consensus science available at the time.

Then later science goes further and finds out actually there was more to it, so we need to change the advice. Now they look like idiots changing the advice. Even though I wouldn't view them as idiots if both times they were going on the best available information.

On your analogy there was also talk that the food industry was involved in pressuring the guidelines to come out with certain advice.

When you say "completely useless", you mean useless against preventing infection at all?- The vaccines reduce the severity of symptoms and they reduce the likelihood of hospitalization and death.- So I would not call that useless, not by a long shot.- If someone does get infected, they've got a reduced risk of serious medical issues if they have previously taken the vaccine.

Good call on Moderna that was the way to play it with those biotech stocks.

For Pfizer I'm up 50% in a year on it.. which sounds awesome but the S&P 500 was up 27% for the year so it was good but not out of this world.

A mega capper like Pfizer it doesn't move that much, but when you analyze it from a risk/reward perspective I like my buy because there was so little downside, but now up 50% and I haven't sold any yet so it can run longer.
