Not a day goes by where I don't get this feeling. Do you guys understand what im talking about? Its this stomach dropping feeling that makes you feel sick and so depressed. It can either be caused by thoughts or real life encounters.

Its almost a default sensation flowing through my body. It hurts. Its uncomfortable. I can't get rid of it.

Im tired.

I know what you mean.
Never get up.

I understand the sensation you're describing.

That feeling of the energy in your solar plexus draining downwards and cooling down.

Before, I felt a warmth in my chest, but now it's more subtle.

For me I feel it in my heart rather than my stomach.
