Basically your brain feels like static and your cognitive abilities (like learning speed, comprehending subjects, memory etc.) Feel nerfed by like 70% (or ig it's different for everyone)

I've been living like this for as long as I can remember I didn't know it was called brainfog lmao
at some point feels like you're moving in slow motion or the world is moving in slow motion
