Having brainfog as a retardcel is brutal.

It makes my already bad trait 10x worse.

I will be getting lions mane capsules soon as I've heard a lot of people say it really helped their cognitive function and greatly reduced brainfog.

Anyone who has solved their brainfog problem. How did you do it?

idk, is your diet oke, and good sleep?

Diet isn't good.

I sleep for like 8 hours but I usually wake up a few times throughout my sleep.

Drink caffeine(tea not cofee).Lots of it

Your bad sleep is a massive factor and might not be fixable

i would be more worried about the bad sleep.

I personally use sleepmask and earplugs, these have like made my sleep better by 50% easily.

what is your diet?

This is the problem, have you tried taking melatonin?
It doesn't do anything for me (except increase my chances at experiencing sleep paralysis)

I pretty much eat whatever is in my house whether it's healthy or not.

I guess a "see food" diet lol.

I see. I have the same problem with melatonin. In any case, when do you actually sleep, even if its with breaks?

haha, yh maybe thats it then, or if its really bad you might have low test or something you can only see with bloodwork

Drinking more water if you aren't will help

Yeah I think I have low test because I have damn near every symptom associated with it

What does brainfog feel like exactly? Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever had it

Basically your brain feels like static and your cognitive abilities (like learning speed, comprehending subjects, memory etc.) Feel nerfed by like 70% (or ig it's different for everyone)

Feels like being dazed and having everything seem dull. You can't think easily, and you feel kinda similar to how extreme lack of sleep feels

Depends on activity level. Wouldn't be for me with how much physical shit I do on many days
Ohh.

I walk 2 hours a day and gymmaxx every other day. It honestly feels enough to me but idk

solving this is easy, and fucking worth it so much
How do I do it?

I'm a fatty so that's probably my main reason of being low T.

I'm also thinking of going on TRT in the future

yh like you said trt is easiest way, and guaranteed.

meanwhile i would lose weight cause being fat will increase aromatization, wich will increase the rate that testosterone turns into estrogen, and just lowers t by itself

i tried all the copes like eating healthy and shit but it helped a little but its maybe like 20% of the effect that just injecting does.
also way less hassle

np, i used to be skinnyfat so no muscle but alot of fat, i know how much it sucks.

im not taking trt dosages, trt is like 100-200, but im on 500.

Most benefits are like:

sleep feels better
more energy
alot of gym related stuff
maybe like 20% more confidence, not alot but noticable
more emotionally stable, like first i used to get like sad and mad alot, but now i can just deal with those emotions a lot better

Pretty retarded to fall for that meme. Yes there are some benefic compounds in lion's mane but the effectiveness of lion's mane on its own has not been proven.

As for battling brain fog, read, STEMmaxx, limit your access to electronics and most importantly sleep an adequate amount of time.

I mean lots of people say it helps so I'll never know until I try.

I sleep 7-8 hours often without interruption but I still wake up like shit and be tired and sad the whole day

How do we ? I have it 24/7 can't ever get rid of it and can't think of concentrate at all

Claiming something and proving something are true different things. Do whatever you want man, but naturalist medicine is a cope.

ofc there are other factors but sleep is so big that its best to look at it just in case

ig maybe you would have to look at sleep quality then.

Do you feel less brainfog on days you sleep more hours like 9-10?
some people just have that genetically yk

idk if you have other symptoms, but not being able to concentrate can have alot of causes

Maybe I should try sleeping more and/reduce screen time, I've heard that ASD people are more sleep-oriented than NT's this explains why despite having a decent sleep schedule I still feel like more sleep throughout the day. Or maybe I'm just depressed

all of those could be reasons, the only way is to try them out.

if its because you are depressed then sorry, idk how to solve that

Well according to my own researches I do present traits of all ASD, ADHD, BPD and depression so yes there must be something really complex hiding behind my inability to do simple or enjoyable tasks

trial and error bro, thats what helps me solve most issue's.
your issues seem more challenging but cant solve it without trying things out

Good luck
