See who else she hangs out with and make up a bullshit excuse to find out her name. For example: "Hey do you know what that girls name is? She left her purse in my dorm but I don't know what her name us or where to find her". Another way is to fain interest in her and try to ask her out by first asking her name, after she rejects you (doesn't matter you just asked her to find out her name) then you go and tell her parents. If you want to find out her parents name then first you have to find out her social media. So when you ask her out ask for her name and her instagram or tiktok (whatever foids use).
